Delivery Terms
Your product will be shipped within 5 working days at the latest. Depending on the distance from the delivery address to www.kaocollection.com, the courier company will deliver your order to you within 1-3 days.
Delivery time may vary in pandemic and force majeure situations. If your product is to be delivered by the cargo company in a torn, damaged, wet or opened condition, request a "cargo damage report" before signing the cargo delivery form and inform us about this issue.
Our company is not responsible for the damaged packages you receive without a record.
If the product you have paid for online is out of stock, there is a waiting period of at least 4 (four) and at most 30 (thirty) days. If the product cannot be given to the consumer between these dates, the payment made is returned to him.
How to return the products?
Provided that the products you have purchased are unused and undamaged, you can return them with the invoice within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt.
You can also benefit from the right to return if the products you purchased reach you damaged and/or defective.
The products you want to return must comply with the return/withdrawal conditions specified in the Distance Sales Agreement.
Return process
You must notify us via e-mail of the product you want to return, together with the order number, within the specified time.
After the products sent to us are examined, the return process of the products that comply with the return procedure will be started.
If the product invoice is issued in the name of the corporate company, it must be sent with the "return invoice" issued by the institution for the return process and cut as the product unit price + VAT. If the return invoice is not sent, the return will not be processed.
If the return process is approved, you will be notified via e-mail.
The cost of the product will be credited to your account within 10 (ten) business days after the return process is approved.
Under what conditions are refunds non-refundable?
If 7 (seven) days have passed from the delivery date, you cannot return the product you have purchased.
You do not have the right to return the used products and problems caused by user error in any way.
Exchange Terms
Exchanges of the product are made only with the equivalents of the product in case of damage caused by delivery and / or defective product shipment.
In cases where the exchange conditions of the product are not accepted by the customer, a refund will be made.
In product exchanges, the exchange process is carried out within 7 (seven) business days after the product is received and examined by us.
